DI Fluid Low Temperature fault
DI water is under temperature.
Put the laser in Standby state and allow sufficient time for laser to warm-up.
Verify room temperature meets specifications of 65 – 85 F (18 C – 29 C)
Verify the water level, fill reservoir if needed.
Turn off laser for 30 seconds, restart the laser.
Clean or replace air filters.
Replace DI heater.
